Reading up about COVID-19

If you use this link, you can find all our reports on COVID-19 and the viral pandemic - http://www.englemed.co.uk/cat_virus.php .

We've not attempted to cover everything - and there are many stories that we have only provided to our medical audiences or our British health news audiences. But there are still dozens of reports collected here and we have attempted to keep abreast of the science and have frequently been ahead of the mass media in detecting trends.

For instance we spotted that convalescent blood plasma had worked in China at an early stage. We also spotted that the virus was behaving very differently to the flu virus. We hope for a successful vaccine but believe there are many questions to be answered about how a vaccine can be truly long-lasting.

We expect many more surprises to emerge about this unpleasant and intriguing virus.

For instance Reluctant Allergy Sufferer has just broken years of silence to publish a blog of personal experience that raises some new questions and ideas - http://allergy-diary.blogspot.com/2020/09/did-montelukast-save-my-life.html
